2. after review of tapes + complaints to TD guy is banned/disQ for cheating
3. turned out he or his 'media guys' already got banned in another tournament EPT
4. his media guys apparently sweating villains cards and signalling hero

while the video/pic is not concrete proof or anything, there has been a lot of chatter around the European tour that there was something going on.
