i think he's pretty much right. stewart is unique because he is extremely liberal and partisan, yet you can't criticize him for it because he is a comedian and not a journalist. i think he recognizes that and uses it to his advantage because he can attack people like tucker carlson (who by the way i have never seen besides the clip of stewart ripping into him), and carlson can't attack back because stewart hides behind his comedic status.
I have no trouble just listening to Stewart and trusting his opinions are based on what he thinks and observes. I dont think he's a left-team player trying to protect his boy Obama. I think Tucker is trying to make it appear that way and he sound desperate in his attempt. Stewart doesn't take criticisms because he's not playing politics, he's just sitting on the side pointing his finger and calling bullshit for bullshit. Tucker's trying to pull him in so that ppl like me have to start thinking about him as a liberal talking head. Screw that noise.
