No one wanted to wager. oh well.

I got back into the 180s today. I am surprised how out of shape I am. But I guess sitting on your ass for years on end instead of playing hoops/v-ball/bicycling everywhere on a daily basis like I did in college takes a toll.

I am back up to running 20 minutes without dying. I think I'll be up to 30 minutes by next Friday.

I am also planning a healthy feast for tomorrow night to surprise my wife (who is enduring a 80+ hour workweek in 5 days).
