Really? On the contrary, there's much to be said about the US isolationist policies promoting the ability for Germany to try to bully everybody. At least in WWII, Germany really didn't wanna fight the US, but because the League of Nations was so weak, and US wasn't involved in foreign policies nearly as much as today, Germany was given much more room to build
