lol at people saying theyre fat at 6'1" 195. That seems like a decent build, no? when i was in peak shape with like no body fat i weighed 220-230 lbs @ 6'4". Now im a huge fatass at 290, but i'm slowly starting to work that out. Just started exercising/eating better like 2 weeks ago and am down 6 pounds, and ive cheated 2-3 times with fast food already. I think the lowest realistic weight i can get to would be 240ish, but i would be exstatic to get down to 250.
