Can't really comment on that... have been lucky with my metabolism. From what I've seen with other people though is that the specific diets never work in the long term. You have to change your eating habits permanently, so change it to something you can keep up.

The best I've got is: Don't force yourself to eat something that you hate just because it's healthy - find something you like.
