Eat more protein. Egg whites, chicken, low-fat milk, lean beef, pork, cheeses, etc.
Eat at least 6 smaller meals per day.
Eat only protein starting 3 hours before bedtime.
Learn the difference and eat good carbs (complex) not bad carbs (simple).
