Move your carbs to bkfst and lunch so you can burn them off during the day (So hardly any bread/pizza/pasta/potatoes etc. in the evening. A tiny little bit is okay.) Snack on carrot sticks, fruit, that sort of thing instead of junk. There's lots of convenient packaged stuff out there - craisins, dried apricots, all sorts of stuff.

Generally, eat less, exercise more.
