Ok now I really need to lose 30lbs(at around 215 now) and get back into shape like I was when I played hockey.
Today we were studying chem and a girl was looking thru my wallet and shes like whoa "Zach you used to be skinny" Now I feel like a total lard ass.
My Goals: 100 pushups a day, 200 crunches, Gym for running and weights 3 times a week.
