No I think they just do it because it's their job. Not trying to sound condescending or anything, but seriously, this is what they're paid to do. And the reason they're probably such bitches or assholes is because they put up with angry people ALL DAY. Anyone who catches them doing their job hates them and lets them know it. I'd be an ass to anyone that approached me about writing them a ticket too if I had their job.

They're not on commission in the UK but they do have targets so they hand tickets out like sweets to ensure they meet them
