The easiest way to fix it is by using the edit columns below. When someone makes an edit, we see it in the admin panel and can either ignore or apply the edit.

You should use a reference link if the credit for the definition is not yours. For example, if I submit Bad Beat and know what a bad beat is and everything is in my own words, there is no need for a reference. But let's say I enter a result for a WSOP tournament or something, you can link to the WSOP page on their website that contains it. That's just one example. You should include the full url, with http://www. and the domain.
