    "Cooch" is an acceptable synonym for skanky vagina, amirite? I don't want or need none of your fancy Google. I need real opinions from real people who mostly used to play poker.

    It don't need to be stank.. to be called cooch. Often, the affectionate diminutive coochy is fine. I think appropriately synonymous in connotation would be snatch.

    Unless it's 2 ghetto fools talking 'bout each other's mommas. Then it means, roughly, "I am a cowardly person who fabricates confrontations with other people because I can't confront my own personal feelings of inadequacy and powerlessness. Furthermore, I want to hit you, but I am also too cowardly to initiate this altercation, as accepting any responsibility for my actions is averse to my mystique."

    Big difference between cooch and the appropriately defined as "diminutive" coochy, imo. The addition of the "y" means an entirely different place on the hygienic scale.
