Get an MRP, (meal replacement powder) Not just whey protein. If you are looking to supplement with more protein, you can either have whey shakes with a snack, or and MRP alone. Just whey alone will not feed the muscles and your metabolism. Make sure the protein is whey, and you should be good. They don't really add much other than vitamins and minerals so you should be good. 35gms of protein a serving, give or take, would be good too.
