I'd do this if I were you
Day 1- Back/Bi's Abs
Day 2- rest
Day 3- Chest/Tri/Shoulders Abs
Day 4- rest
Day 5- Legs/Back/abs
Day 6-rest
Day 7-rest
It's basically a push/pull split with plenty of rest time.
Here's the difference, you completely fatigue the muscles each session. Also, don't do abs everyday, they need time to recover just like every other muscle (or you aren't doing them hard enough when you are working them out).
Give your muscles time to grow man, they need rest and nutrition to do that. Hit them as hard as you can and then let them grow.
This routine sounds good, I just got a couple questions. When you are working out your biceps are you doing anything else besides curls? How long are you at the gym for each of these sessions? Seems like I could get it done in 30 minutes or less which almost seems too short.
