im 160 lb and jyms reccomended 1.5-2g for every pound.. meaning ill be needing 240-320 grams of protein.

i see it has creatine and shit in it. if im already taking noxplode i doubt i need any more. i dont want to be taking too much anyways.
im looking at the serving size, amount of protein per scoop. kind of hard to figure out what my best bet is.
