this was not my old routine, but it was sort of close to that.
I get that i need to rest the muscles, I posted that one to see what kind of reaction it would get. Im going towards something close to what spenda offered up.
Jyms, spenda, i kind of want to cycle a bit faster. Would it be dertrimental if say on day 7 i do day one exercises
to explain using spendas outline
Day 1- Back/Bi's Abs
Day 2- rest
Day 3- Chest/Tri/Shoulders Abs
Day 4- rest
Day 5- Legs/Back/abs
Day 6-rest
Day 7-rest
