Full Tilt Poker Allows a Screen Name Change During a Game

That was a long thread. Does anyone know under what conditions FT will allow the name change?

It seemed like FT's only real mistake was changing it while the guy was playing.

FTPSean says they will not divulge the reasons for allowing a name change. Only that it's rare. However, the guy who had his sn changed posted emails showing that FTP offered him the chance to change his name, he didn't request it. Maybe he fell into one of the exceptional categories without being aware of it, who knows.

And they lied about it in the thread, either that or they sent a phoney email to KenDog after he was exposed for him to post in the forum, thus diverting attention away from him.

FT's conduct seems more questionable than KenDog's. He's but one person, FT is a company that a huge amount of people put their trust in.
