It only takes seconds to capture or fail at capturing a form. Several scenes in this trailer captured old school Star Wars form. The prequels captured 0% of the form 100% of the time
This is a basic problem of information theory. There's a movie 1.5 hours long compressed into 1.5 minutes. Some things were lost in the compression. You see the 1.5 minutes and imagine it as a 1.5 hour long movie. The movie in your head and the movie that exists will not match for obvious reasons.
