Or, more likely, because it's easier to suppress minorities/poor people who would vote D than to suppress majorities/rich people who would vote R.

Machine voting is 100% bent as fuck. I don't trust any technology company to do basic user shit right, to think a company makes unhackable tick a box machines is hilarious. That being said they are very likely to be good enough for what they have to do. |

I can't imagine a single IT guy being in favor of machine voting. It makes no fucking sense. You need a piece of paper with 2 circles and you got a system that's very hard to cheat in a significant way. You use any sort of software and you got a system that's cheatable in a million ways, none of which are intuitive or obvious to the average person.

You'd need an entire polling station working together to cheat. Double voting is a thing, but it takes a massive effort to make that statistically significant.

So investigate. Who made these machines? Are they hackable? Is it a case of small sample size skewing results?

Why would anyone suspect it was an R attempt to fiddle? Oh yeah, because it is working in the R direction 99/100 times.

There's no evidence smacking me in the face. If I were going to going down the path of suspicion, I'd be more inclined to think the Dems are doing it in order to make the Reps look like cheats. I mean, how can you know that isn't the case? Have you analysed all the evidence and thus have the luxury of ruling out such a theory?

So prima facie, the election machines are hacked in close elections to give the R candidate an edge, and your first thought is the D's are doing it to make the R's look bad.

afaik the game isn't so much direct vote manipulation like hacking into voting machines. It's more a concerted effort to reduce opportunity of access for blacks (sitting at 3% trumple percentage, compared to 40+ for whites) and russians pouring millions into disinformation campaigns.

I'd post sources, but they are both readily available and in recent memory. It seems pretty pointless to refer to facts for someone who operates purely on feelings.

I don't like the "just google it" but there's literally FBI sources for this. Nobody except right-wing extremist sources and Trump are denying this is happening. If you think that the FBI is part of the jew-lizard deep state trying to sacrifice jesus-trump to the dark angel, then that's not going to do it for you I realize.

...only because they set their expectations too high. It worked out pretty much as I figured it would. R senate, D congress, Rs win red states' gubers. Maybe the only disappointment was Gilliam losing in Florida but meh Florida is fucked. Anyone thinking Cruz would lose in Texas was ignoring the polls. It was close anyways. So unless they thought they would win every tossup and a few things that weren't tossups it went about as expected.

Huh? You use the polls to predict it, within some margin of uncertainty. That's like saying why even look at a thermometer when you know what temperature it is already by looking at the thermometer.

What is it with the Dems and Hillary? I mean she fucking lost to Trump, and that would have been a slam dunk for pretty much anyone else in the universe. That alone should put her on some all time biggest list of major losers right there. But Dems still treat her like some kind of folk hero and want to be seen with her.
