You don't have the faintest idea what it takes for a Lybian or an Iranian to even get a work visa, let alone migrate. Not only that, but if this was about terrorism, they'd have to ban the UAE not Lybia. The more likely explanation is that your president is not qualified for the job he has been assigned to.
