I would love to be good at SNG's for this week

Edit, let's say I play 12 $100nl Full-Ring and am way overrolled, what level SNG should I:

A. Play to make equal VPPs
B. Play BR/skill-level wise that would make me more VPPs

Also, I'm assuming turbo is best b/c you can play more
