Doom 3

Just so you guys know this game is worth taking a break from poker for a couple days to beat it. It is a really long game and probably takes 10-15 hours at the least to beat but its beautiful the whole way through. I just beat it last night. Also if you don't have a faily high end machine I would wait till you have one to play it. I started the game with a P4 2.4 with a 9600pro card and bought a new computer and continued it with a athlon 64 3200+ with a 9800 pro all in wonder card and the difference is quite amazing. I scored 20,000 on 3dmark2001 and 6000 on 3dmark03 and the game still hiccups in a few spots so you really need a phat ass machine to get the full beauty of the game. Definetly worth checking out though. You probably go through 1/3 of the game with your flashlight because you cant see shit. Stuff is always jumping out shooting fireballs and stuff scaring the shit out of you. DO NOT PLAY DURING THE DAY OR WITH THE LIGHTS ON !!!!!!!!!

Yah, my roommate is always playing. I expect to walk in on him "rubbing one out" but instead i see him shitting himself in the dark. Also he donwloaded a patch that allows you to "ducttape" your flashlight to your gun so you can effectively see and killing the scaries.
