Yea I doubt formatting would help this situation but I may do it in the future anyway just to clean up the machines processes. For now, searching the web for all my programs and registration numbers is too much for me.
As of now, I tested the machine with both sets of ram alone. Both old and new show at 1.97 gig, but together they only get 2.99 gig. This has to be a conflict right? Can it be a an issue in the clock speeds or something beyond my knowledge. Do I need to get into the setup and change a setting?
