Love IPAs, only had the dale's, stone, dogfish head and long trail. Love the Dale's and Stone, like the other two. Dogfish head beers can be a little too sweet/malty for my taste, but that's a bigger problem with the 60- and 90-minute IPAs in my experience. | |

i had the "joy of mixology" by gary regan open to make a pegu club cocktail, then noticed the oriental on the opposite page. the original old times recipe for the oriental coktail was made with rye for the whiskey and orange curacao fjor the cointreau. i followed the books recipe and was very impressed with the cocktail. | |
