Anyone else see this movie?
I thought it was pretty good....sans Vin Diesel.

I saw it in the theaters when it came out and own it on DVD. I watch it pretty often. I find myself quoting too many lines from it, but I think it's a kickass flick. |

Yep thats one of my favorites. One of the first dvds I bought actually. I was trading a lot of stocks a the time so I loved it all the more but it is pretty unrealistic. The Casino that dude was running out of his apartment was the shit though. I've always wanted to open one after I saw that.

It was pretty slick, the guy hired a dealer and everything, made a killing.

Actually, the film is pretty realistic... I worked for a small online brokerage in the late 90's... sex, drugs, NASD knocking at the door, frat house like office, Xmas parties at the Waldorff Astoria in NYC with hookers, limos.... awesome. |
