    belief in karma makes it real. living as though karma exists has been fantastic for my quality of life. it motivates me to treat others well and discourages me from impulsive bad behaviors like lashing out at people. I don't care to correct someones behavior if I don't care about the person or have to deal with them more than sporadically. when I feel it's necessary I do it in the way I like to be corrected; with respect.

    I am a strong follower of the Golden Rule so when I'm being the best version of myself I basically never fuck with people -- even on april fools. when I'm stressed or agitated I am capable of 'falling' into asshole behavior. it's just not in my nature. all the same I find most of those sorts of stories amusing.

    I didn't have major issues with acceptance as a kid so that probably has something to do with why I find it easy to act the way I do
