I will reply to the other stuff when I wake up, but the anarcho-capitalist view is that coercive acts are only justified in response to coercive acts. That is, if someone is aggressive toward you or your stuff, then you (or your goons [or the state, by proxy]) have the right to reply with aggression yourself. Thus, in a minarchist state, people would only be arrested and jailed for crimes like theft, fraud, assault, rape, and murder. And taxation is certainly coercive and immoral from this perspective. I'm not that interested in having a broad "is taxation theft?" debate, though certainly I hope we can all agree that taxes generally suck and should be minimized, at the very least.Arrest is coercion. Imprisonment is coercion. Wufwugy would likely argue that taxation is coercion.
