I thought it was a great game until the last few innings... sucks that the Sox tied it on a wild pitch, Wheeler pitched awesome otherwise. And the home plate umpire sucked in the last inning, calling Kotsay out on a pitch like a foot wide and then squeezing Timlin to let the Rays win it. I know, I know, that's baseball...

I don't think it's a possibility (unfortunately). Manuel and Dubee said they didn't even consider pitching him on 3 days rest in the NLCS when it made a lot of sense b/c there was an extra day off so it would have set up 4 days rest for a potential Game 7. I really doubt they'd do it in the WS with one less off day, meaning two games in a row of 3 days rest if it went 7.

I'm curious if we'll see Moyer in Game 3 and Blanton in Game 4 again or if Charlie will swap them. I bet he'll keep it the same b/c he's a stubborn bastard.

This is such a HUUUUUGE story, too bad they don't play in a big market. If they end up pulling this off, Philly vs. Tampa Bay will be a VERY low-rated World Series, if not the lowest ever.
