Anyways, I've been going over the limits a bit recently in terms of balancing life and I can feel that it is having an effect on my poker game, so i'm going to set up some time constraints on the ammount of poker I can play per day.

- On holidays, I may only play 4 hours a day maximum.
- On weekend, I may only play 4 hours a day maximum.
- On school days, I may only play 2 hours a day maximum.

Other rules I will stick to
- only play 4-6 tables max
- make sure I can find somebody to exploit at the table
- don't play when tired, angry, pissed, drunk, high, or any of those other bad things

Alright that's it for now.

I hope I can stick to the above. I promise to be brutally honest in this blog, if I do not stick to those time constraints I will start by excluding myself from the poker site for 24 hours and if I keep doing so, then I will increase it to a week and take a nice week off.
