I would raise that AJs and then play it hard but prudently, I think. 6 or 7 handed, definitely, 8-handed it gets a bit trickier. Post flop it plays itself - you haven't committed anything, and there's no way ace high is good as soon as someone starts betting.

Whta would you have done if a player in MP or LP had raised? Call, I presume, and then follow a passive line post-flop if you hit? Seems even more dangerous, I think. Raise and make the others deal with your aggression, not the other way round.
