let's talk about losing. doesn't matter how awesome you are at pokers all will have losing days. you get it in massively good and lose, happens. this we all know. and sometimes when u have the nuts u get beat by quads. this also happens.
Board [Qs Th Jh Jc 8d]
Seat 1: baronaking (big blind) showed [Js 6d Td Jd] and won ($51.25) with four of a kind, Jacks
Seat 6: hero (small blind) showed [3c Qh Qc 6c] and lost with a full house, Queens full of Jacks
it matters not that this happens as we all know wifout variance there would be no fish. and we all know those damn fpp pros cooler us to hell sometimes. anywho as i was saying none of this matters. what is far more important is how we handle these 'beats' and coolers. tommy angelo tells us we should work as hard as we can to play our A game at all times, however he acknowlages that its impossible to play A game all the time so he advocates stuff when we are playing sub-par.
when you feel tilted take breaks, theres nothing wrong with just getting up from your computer and doing something else for awhile. the games will be just as good as they were when you left and there will be other fishes to fry. no reason to sit and spew manies when the solution is a few footsteps away. Even if its just 5-15 mins it helps immensely to get away.
there are many articles on tilt control and i highly suggest you read them if you haven't. there are lots and i mean lots of awesome poker players who will never ever reach their full potential because they tilt crazy bad. dont let urself be one of those and when you start to feel tilted take a break. i mean i had to take several today, is the nature of plolz you will take halirious beats and its all std. doesnt mean im immune to it so i take breaks when it becomes vexing that some recreational player has called mah 4b with A28Q and spiked the wheel. after i just lost a few big pots. happens. take a break, come back and take maney. the f do.
tits because i need something to smile at ldo.

i can be you're sweet spot, take me to ya candy shop
