 Staking Rules - MUST BE FOLLOWED
FlopTurnRiver.com, its moderators, and its administrators are not responsible for transactions made in the Staking forum or any other forum. All risk is assumed by the stakers.
To mitigate this risk, we have several rules that MUST be followed. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you will not be granted permission to post. You must read and confirm that you abide by the rules before viewing the staking forum.
1.) If you are seeking a stake, you must post your relevant screen names in the post in which you are asking for a stake.
2.) Please be specific when asking for a stake. Instead of saying, "Looking for SNG Stake", it would be better to state, "Looking for a stake to play $3.40, 18 man Sit and Gos on PokerStars". Screenshots and graphs of your results are very helpful.
3.) NO BEGGING! Unsolicited posts and PMs will not be tolerated.
4.) Only members who's accounts are in good standing and have at least 50 posts will be allowed to stake others, or request to be staked.
5.) By posting in this forum you give FTR permission to use your personal information as we see fit. This includes, but is not limited to your phone number, IP address, email, and physical address. FTR is not liable for any subsequent actions that follow the release of this information. (NOTE - This will only be done in the event of an investigation due to rolling, etc.)
6.) The frequency and detail of rail updates is a mutual agreement between the horse and backers made before the stake begins. To increase transparency, rail posts must made in the Stakes in Progress forum.
7.) FlopTurnRiver.com is a private forum and we reserve the right to refuse membership to the Staking forum or any other section of the forum.
8.) You may not promote your services in the Staking forum. This includes, but is not limited to Coaching, Rakeback Deals, or other VIP deals.
9.) Soliciting site to site trades is prohibited.
10.) Report any suspicious activity to a Moderator or Administrator.
Posting Guidelines
In order to post, you must:
P1.) Have an account in good standing with 50+ total posts. (NOTE - We will not tolerate spamming to up your post count. If you are caught doing so you will be temporary banned from FTR and denied access to the staking forum.)
P2.) Request access to the Staking usergroup. You can do this by clicking here. Once at this page, check Join Group and press the Join Group button. All requests to join will be reviewed by our moderators, please allow 24-48 hours to be accepted.
P3.) MAKE SURE to post in the correct forum, as outlined below:
Buying & Selling Shares - Post all staking threads here, if you are looking to stake someone or be staked by someone else.
Stakes in Progress - Post all rail threads here.
P4.) MAKE SURE to be as detailed as possible with staking arrangements.
P5.) All stakers and stakees are required to do their own research before entering an agreement.
P6.) If there is an issue with someone rolling, not abiding to terms of the agreement, or if you notice any suspicious behavior, please contact staking moderator lolzzz_321 or site administrator givememyleg via PM and include all relevant information (links to threads, etc.) We do not guarantee that we will launch an investigation nor will we probably be able to get your funds returned.
