Thanks again Daven. I think I'll do what you suggested about the auto top-up. I haven't done it in the past because I was always afraid I'd over do it. I can keep track of my losses with HEM and make sure I don't go past my stop-loss (which is usually $10 for this level).

As for the interview, I'm usually pretty good at knowing what to say and impressing them. My BS quotient is pretty good for these things. However, what makes me a little more nervous here is it's a telephone screening interview with one of their Tech guys. I've been told that he'll ask me some technical questions (it's a computer help desk position) so I hope I can get by that. If I can, the in-person interview should be 50-50 that I'll get the job.
