Just by way of an update I had some success in the 3$'s then donked it away in the 6$ .. then the 28$ i'm just too impatient and the urge to go outside of BR is too great at these inconsequential stakes (I know I shouldn't think of the chips as cash but I can't help it...)
So I'm taking a couple of months off and saving. Next time I play ill have a bankroll of £2k so it will be about $3.5k then at least I can enter the $50 sng's and be more or less rolled for them.

Your attitude is going to get you nowhere. You will also never become a good player if you just skip the learning process and move straight to gambling with the big boys. Start with the $10 SnGs and under and then move up from there. Starting at the $50 will be disastrous.
