Well there's about a week left in the month, and I've finally decided to make 100NL a mainstay. Tonight by all rights I probably *should* have been up a ton, as I was hitting everything under the sun..but after things were all said and done I was up just over a buyin (which is still good to me!)

I've been talking about poker to my roommate, which I think is really clarifying my mindset about a lot of things. I feel now that I'm at the experience level where I have a really good "feel" for what people have, and I think the more straightforward play at 100NL and below gives me a very keen sense of what may be going on in any particular hand. To toot my own horn a moment, I think I have a lot of talent, even though my winrate is not astronomical, it is very much positive over a respectable sample size (almost 150k hands), which I think is a good accomplishment in itself.

I hope to reach my BR goal by the end of the month, but with only a week left it looks like I may end up a little shy again. Who knows though!
