The sad thing is, it is you that should be posting those hands - which you were advised to do and which you said you would do but, alas, did not do, yet another broken commitment on your part. Once again, you are entirely focused on results and not on the process of learning how to achieve those results, which means the results you desire will likely continue to elude you.
