MDMA is probably right. Bill could be playing better, and making more, according to our theoretical knowledge. However, he is obvously 1) playing in very soft games. This doesn't make it easy, but makes it easier. And 2) he's one of those guys who 'gets it'. He plays very very good postflop, and that's that. I would manually sever a testicle if it meant I could do that.
