You and Jason usually have the most stable graphs. Amazing

If you were going to put sticky notes on your monitor of things to remember what would they read?
no swings over 3 buyins seemed virtually variance free.

notes would say 'no tilting' and 'always be aware of your opponents range'

I put a note on my monitor once that said "no tilting" but for some reason it made me tilt so I put a note on it that said "Having Fun?" That seemed to help more. I will add one that says "Range?" Maybe that will keep me from just pushing buttons sometimes.

How often do you make what you would consider Hero calls? I was probably losing 90% of my hero calls so I pretty much stopped making 90% of ones that would normally make. Ones I would call would be like a K hitting the river when I had been value betting JJ on an under card, dry board against a 30/20/8 and he shoves river.
"Just cause I'm from the South don't mean I ain't got no book learnin'"

less often than I used to, and I'm still wrong 90% of the time I call anyway. people are bluffing way less often than you think, especially on later streets. like preflop and on the flop yeah, there's alot of bluffing going on. but as far as shoving over 3barrels and crap it just doesn't happen that often at small stakes - mostly because alot of players just don't value bet thin and therefore are real polarized when they fire later streets which makes bluff catching/folding more appropriate (generally speaking) than trying to blow them off some 1pair type hand they don't even have in their range.

I've been making more 'hero bluffs' lately though and seems to be working out well. Occasionally someone will own your soul but if you have solid reads on your opponents you can really open up your game to exploit them. Just try to play solid and don't get out of line unless you have a real sound reason behind what you are doing.
