Had a bad run in $25NL 5max plus played like total spewtard donk and lost (!) 20 (TWENTY) buyins. This sets me back to bankroll of $1060.

In the last few days I played like fucking monkey on crack. I don't know, how to comment it, yeah, there were couple of deep stack bad beats and "coolers", but my general game was totally off. I tried to learn some lagg play but it I totally sucked at it.

I'm going to draw some conclusion from this expensive lesson.

1. Don't squeeze on low stakes. It can get folds around some times but generally is -EV.
2. Don't 3bet flop with air anymore, when someone checkraise potsized c-bet. Yes, he could have draw but he won't go anywhere with it. 3betting flop with air is huge leak of mine. I get shitload of action, and my unimproved Aces are almost always good, when someone calls my flop all-ins but it'd be the same without that obscene aggression with nothing.
3. Be fanatical folder of SB when stacks are deep. Getting overflushed or overfulled in 520BB pot is very costly.
4. DONT SPEW. Repeat ir 20x and apply.
5. Don't lagg it up when Aces don't get action. If on 25NL/50NL you don't get action, it's because opponents had total crap and were willing to fold PF anyway. With any limping hand they would call a raise as well.

Big spew:
3-betting check-raiser with J4 on Axx board and open pushing blank turn. His flop c/r was semibluff KQ flushdraw, he didn't even have to improve to win. I got owned.

Sickest tilt monster spew :
I 5-bet all-in (PUTTING FIFTH RAISE FOR 160BB WITH TOTAL J4s AIR) on A99 board against total lagtard. I thought he plays back at me. He had that 9, I got pwnt. I was on total monkey tilt, because I in recent hands lost two or three huge pots against him by getting sucked out. But this time he owned me like total maniac fish.

Biggest successful bluff:
Squeeze from SB with 53o (squeezing on $25NL LOL) and getting single caller. Checked down Axx board, I checked called PSB on turn against aggro players with total air. River A, I check-raise him all-in, he tanks and mucks. 100BB pot is shipped to me.

I won pretty big pot with total air, but the best move was to FOLD preflop. Period.

Another bluff:
I call a raise with 57s. Raiser is sicko aggro bully, who fires bullets in all hands he plays but folds if he has nothing, not much of anything or something moderate on gross board.

He pots KdKh4d board, I call with total air with plan of repping flush or King on turn. Turn is 7d, he pots $5, I make $12, he thinks and mucks, I show.

Couple of orbits later I get AA in SB and 3bet big PFR of button (who saw that 57s hand and told me in chat I play fucking sick poker), he calls. I bet/3bet AI (180BB, pretty deep but I have total lagtard image and put him on lower overpair) on 356 board and he INSTA-SNAP-IGOTYOURASS-calls with POCKET NINES. Turn and river 7,8 ad I get donkey-kicked in 420BB pot.

FR tables are really passive and weak, but 5max found to be bunch of total psychos. I'm going back to FR in order to rebuild. I'm glad, that my nit instincts told me not to move up yet, on $50NL it'd probably end up by going busto.

Summary:
I was on biggest tilt I have EVER experienced in my life. It sucks to get set back by losing 1/3 of roll, but at least my roll was very deep.

I'm going to read Aokrongly's psychology posts again and Newb's Circle of Death. In last 10k hands, all points fully applied to me (except maybe moving up). I made all mistakes pointed there and have no excuses.

As SmackinYaUp said in his "SH hands dump" thread: "ABC poker till $100NL".

I will take some break (2 days) in order to regain my good ole nit discipline.
