I must say, for my whole life, Friday the 13th has always been EV+ for me (haha, a poker joke). But really, always something good happens, the sun is shining, birds singing, fish swims in a Great Sea Of Poker. I'm kinda jinxed that way, while everybody else is horrified of this day, I'm just waiting for that stranger walking down the street with a shotgun, approaching me, and saying: "Here's a million dollars, i just robbed a bank but I don't want the money anymore, gonna go live in the forest and eat mushrooms for the rest of my life."
Yeah, any other day I would get my head blown off.
Anyway, back to poker. I played really solid one today, 14/12 over 2000 hands. Wont be playing anymore because I got other errands to run, plus I got bazzilion of hands to review and put notes on fish.
Lets start with a hand of a day. Rocktard is 8/6 over 84 hands. Since he reraised flop I put him on flush draw, AK, 44, QQ. I suppose with his stats he would 3bet AA-KK. Turn completes a possible flush that scared me the most but i called his bet anyway. River was a trivial C/F for me. Ofc, what I saw was beyond comprehension. If Phil Helmuth played vs this guy, he would reach through screen and cut off this mans hands. Well played rock, you deserve every cent.

This one still bothers me. The dude is 14/11 over 200 hands. On flop I put his range on flush, set and air. However i played turn like crap, I should've reraise/shove on turn, because it would be very difficult for him to fold set or a flush. River card just killed the action. Yuck.

Fishy is 24/20 over 76 hands. Couple of hands ago he/she shoved my cbet on a T28 flush draw flop. I was trying to isolate hijack from SB by preflop 3betting with 66, but instead got both hijack and fishy in BB calling me.
Again, in this hand, i have put a fishy on both flush and straight draw, weakish kings, or Tx. Since i don't respect shortstacks too much I shoved. Doh, even if he sucks out he will pay me out eventually.

This one I played horribly. Villain is 14/9 over 110 hands. My bet sizing on flop was horrible, it should've been more like 3/4 to pot size. Same on the turn. Therefore i would represent AK, and turn my hand into bluff, but would find an easy fold to reraise. The way I played it, and the fact that villain checked flop made me pretty sure he didn't have a king, however, his river reraise confused me, so I took a little peek there. Yuck.
I think that floaters with various pocket pairs cost me alot of money in rush. But they are also quite exploitable, so, rather then bet, bet, bet into them with TP, better move would be bet flop, c/c turn, call/raise river.
