Just some random question.

a) what does a set look like?
b) where have all the Aces and Kings gone when I 3-bet preflop with AK?
c) why is that when I have more than 10 outs the chances that they hit on the river is +22% for everyone else but for me it's 0%?
d) where have my balls gone?
e) since when is having less than 6 outs reason enough to call a push and then hit them?
f) will a break do me good?
