Dude, in a 200bb game, Don't ever play marginal holdings past the flop. 1Pair is for shit pots. Play hands that can build monsters. See cheap flops in position with any two that can make a hidden hand. There is no need to play 22/11 or 18/9 because the blinds are insignificant. in a $10NL game where the blinds are $.05/.$10 and effective stacks are $20+ Wait for monsters. With TPTK it's C-bet it and forget it. If you have resistance, you can't take it to the river. Re-read the Concepts section before playing every night for a week. it's fairly short, and it refreshes the memory quite easily.

There is a few things in there about protecting the money behind. You can't play Short stack, all in with
TPTK poker. Your playing monsters, drawing to monsters and using implied odds more. Fuck pot odds. Every bet has implied odds to make 200BB.

Bye the way, your not really convincing me to move to AP with this thread. Play a couple hundred hands of what you think is your best poker, I'm sure a couple of us can look at it. Maybe go through a little session review for you. Do this quickly, before you have anymore problems. Don't keep fighting this battle without some help. I don't think posting some random hands will help.
