Now I think "What would M2M do" and I'd bet.

Yeah, that's it.

Actually the sweat session combined with all the GS videos I've been watching has opened my eyes to several things.

1. Value Bet-this is the biggest. Sweating you and watching Spenda's and Colossus' 10nl videos on GS has made a big change in my play and really showed me how to value bet. You really started it. Added a yellow sticky note to my monitor that says value bet.

2. Fold to a raise without a really good reason to call or reraise. Added a yellow sticky to the monitor that says FOLD

3. Make hero calls when villians half pot river bet doesn't make sense and looks real bluffy.

4. Here's one that has really made a huge difference and saved me from losing a lot of pots or helped me win a lot of huge pots
-Start 3 tables and take notes on at least half of all the players at every table before adding a 4th table.

5. Don't call a shove without a really good reason and without alot of stats or notes on a player. I also added a sticky that says No AI with TP. There are exceptions to this one.

6. Wait one full rotation before making any big moves.

7. Plan my hands.

8. Set it or forget it. Exception is when I call with say 44 against one villian and he checks or minbets flop.

9. Be more selective where I Cbet.

10. If I lose a couple of BIs, stop playing and open pokerstove to see if I was playing like a tard.

11. I started saying oot Sweating you really did help alot. I didn't say much but I made lots of notes.

Forgot one...

12. Adjust to the table. Previously when the vpip of the table dropped to about 18 or so, I'd leave and find another. Now I open up more and steal pots/blinds until the table adjusts and then wait til I get a monster and stackem.
