I'd say try to stop thinking in terms of results or if you're a good or bad player and just think about how to get better. Before you posted these hands, your posts seemed to suggest that you are just unlucky, but we've clearly illustrated many spots where you're losing value, giving away value, or just plain spewing. Focus on your next 10k hands to drastically change that. I also think there are some tilt issues @ work plus twice I've pointed out you weren't sticking to what I consider solid bankroll management. When you play, think about how your score would be with those things, and not the actual value of your bankroll.

Breaks can be very good actually. I take breaks all the time and don't focus on volume as much as I do quality play.
