I just read through Jager´s Blog/OP...it´s so sick and i complain about breaking even for a couple of weeks. it somewhat scares me, that guys who play way above my skill-level can run so bad, b/c i doubt that i could handle such a brutal streak.

I didn´t play much the last days, my internet connection is at the speed of a 14.4 dial up modem and i have exams to learn for the next weeks, i wouldn´t have much time to gamble anyway.

I tried to identify my strengths and weaknesses this morning and i found it pretty hard, to put that in words.

For 6max I can´t really point out what i´m doing good, there are few things i consider "okay":

- my preflop game is okay, i´m fairly too passive IP with several limpers. I experimented with opening my 3betting range IP without getting in too much trouble.

- turn and river play are okay, tho i feel like i´m missing some value here and there

- adjusting to postflop aggro´s

- hand reading, as long as i´m playing <6 tables and against at least somewhat rational opponents

-table/seat selection. I´m practicing active table selection, choosing tables for their pf%, chips at the table, av. pot size. My seat selsction is passive, i know when to leave a table

6max weaknesses

- Flop-play. Especially oop I get myself frequently in trouble and produce hard decisions for me on later streets. Biggest leak here is calling (check)-minraises without a plan for my turn-play.

- Spew. For some reason I think people are re-stealing/making a stand far more often than they actually are. In combination with the point mentioned before i´m bleeding tons of chips here.
Also I´m 3barelling too much against known chasers, when the obvious draw misses. Usually i´m right, but I´m wrong, when I assume villian will fold his TPWK/NK when his A5s spikes the A. This leads to the next point

- Losing to bad players. I can survive a taggy table, i´m beating the passive abc´s, i´m not paying off the 10/4 guy, but it seems I´m unable to profit from non-thinking one tablers. I haven´t found the right postflop play against them yet. After reading Jager´s blog it would be easy to blame variance, but my good hands can´t make up for the suck outs.

I´m gonna write more about my full ring play the next days. I´m running quite good and feel confident there. Beside the nitty 8+tablers full cirsuits are soooooo juicy on ipn.
