Another day, another couple of buy-ins gone. iPoker is well and truly bitch-slapping me around right now, making me pay for the sick upswing I got when I first joined.

Anyway, here's a couple of hands where I found myself in a difficult spot. Any thoughts on how I played them would be much appreciated.

HAND 1

iPoker No-Limit Hold'em, $0.20 BB (9 handed) - iPoker Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

BB ($11.22)
UTG ($19.17)
Hero (UTG+1) ($17.57)
MP1 ($20)
MP2 ($7.70)
MP3 ($5.88)
CO ($27.06)
Button ($7.94)
SB ($51.12)

Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with 9, 9
UTG raises $1, Hero calls $1, 3 folds, CO calls $1, 3 folds

Flop: ($3.30) 5, 7, 6 (3 players)
UTG bets $2, Hero calls $2, 1 fold

Turn: ($7.30) 5 (2 players)
UTG bets $3.65, Hero ???

Villain here is 9/4/7 over a 1K sample.

Preflop I thought I was getting good set odds and also some overpair value. Villain obviously only raises premium hands pre, especially UTG, but I was thinking his range was probably high pocket pairs (77+), AK, AQ, AJ.

I read the flop bet as a cbet with an overpair or air, but the turn bet suggested he had the overpair, and probably a better one than mine. Not sure whether to raise to try and take it down, or fold?

HAND 2

iPoker No-Limit Hold'em, $0.20 BB (8 handed) - iPoker Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

Hero (SB) ($19.80)
BB ($19.40)
UTG ($19.50)
UTG+1 ($3.80)
MP1 ($28.14)
MP2 ($4.90)
CO ($28.79)
Button ($4)

Preflop: Hero is SB with Q, Q
2 folds, MP1 calls $0.20, 3 folds, Hero raises $0.80, 1 fold, MP1 calls $0.60

Flop: ($1.80) 4, K, 8 (2 players)
Hero bets $1.80, MP1 calls $1.80

Turn: ($5.40) 9 (2 players)
Hero bets $5.40, MP1 calls $5.40

River: ($16.20) 7 (2 players)
Hero ???

Villain here is unknown - first orbit at the table, and I had never seen him/her before. Is this just a Kx that I possibly should have got away from by c/f the turn? No draws on the flop, so he's got to have something here, right? And I don't think there's much he's got that I would beat.

HAND 3

iPoker No-Limit Hold'em, $0.20 BB (9 handed) - iPoker Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

UTG ($4.10)
UTG+1 ($22.18)
MP1 ($15.50)
MP2 ($4)
MP3 ($5.95)
CO ($18.98)
Button ($18.60)
SB ($27.12)
Hero (BB) ($17.74)

Preflop: Hero is BB with J, A
1 fold, UTG+1 calls $0.20, 3 folds, CO raises $0.90, 2 folds, Hero calls $0.70, UTG+1 calls $0.70

Flop: ($2.80) A, 4, 4 (3 players)
Hero bets $2.80, 1 fold, CO raises $5.60, Hero ???

Villain here is 17/4/1 over 45 hands. I have two questions here - first is whether I should have folded preflop? AJo is not a super strong hand OOP against a tight raiser. Having called, second is what to do against the raise? The only hands I'm worried about are AA, AK, AQ and any 4, which I think is probably a minority of his range, but given he's not aggressive post-flop but still raised my donk bet suggests to me he's got the goods. Thoughts?
