Mix, you nailed it exactly.

My main problem is stacking off after I have been told I am beat, and my graphs and hh's show it. It's a major leak I need to work on but I think I know why I have it...I'm worried that if I back down once or twice at a table people will start noticing and playing back at me the same way with air, but I'm not sure if I should give players at this stake that much credit yet.

The two other major issues I have is knowing when to 3-bet pre from anywhere (ie I don't really like 3-betting with AJ+/TT+ even with position because I still don't know where I'm at if they call or 4-bet) and playing out of the blinds with big hands. I'll likely just call a raise out of the blinds with AJ+/TT+ though I will raise with them if it's folded or limped round to me. I think I need to start 3-betting at least AK/QQ+ from there but again I then get lost if played back at in knowing whether I want to play for stacks or not, though I think that has come alot from getting it in with KK and being up against AA each of the last 6 times I've gotten action with KK and I know this is a crappy mindset so I need to just get past it.

I much prefer getting the big hands out of the blinds where I know what I want to do with them most of the time (eg 3-bet and call a 4-bet with < AA when in position, etc) but I also need to play them all better as you say.

Thanks for the advide, and it's good to see a higher stakes player spotting my same leaks....I'd have been more worried if you spotted something else
