In that last QQ hand, you have to re-raise PF. Gotta, gotta, gotta. Must. Hero bumps to $7, as there is $5 in the pot so its a lil over a PSB. QQ plays TERRIBLE in a multiway.

In the KK hand, pop that to 3x his raise. Get used to doing this...folds are fine with big overpairs, get over it.

It sounds like in general you need to learn to make big laydowns and raise proper amounts PF -- that sounds like a big problem for you, lots of crying calls because you put yourself in a bad spot by not raising properly PF . Villains give you information with their betting, if you are re-raised AI with 2p you have to worry, as you are only really beating a lower 2p, or if there was a big PF raise, an overpair. But you don't know their range if you don't bet properly PF.

Your KK hand up there with 2 queens out is a prime example of a hand that you have to let go. You make a turn bet that is only called by hands that beat you and folds all hands that you have beat, but after your re-raise is called you should realize you are beat 90% of the time in this spot. You must also re-raise PF. You flopped TPTK but I would not be willing to go all in with just that.

In the AK hand you called a big PF raise from UTG, which usually means a strong hand. Your re-raise on the flop was very strong, so his re-raise shows you that you are beat. He isn't making that re-raise with KQ or KJ and he's not drawing because its a dry board. I fold after you are re-raised.

The AA/Flush hand is just a cooler and I think you played it fine, though I probably fold river!

Learn to let hands go and sense when you're beat. Review all your big pots and see when you should have gotten the hint. You are stacking off with one pair a lot in these hands...
