just found a HH converter for bovada, and looked up my old code for holdem manager and viola! I have girrafffeeessss..lol no but seriously though this is excellent news as I can now track my play and construct ranges muchhhhhh better. I will now be updating on Monday to allow myself time to download sundays HHs and get them imported. Suck bovada wont allow you to go back further than 7 days, I recently discovered the app and for $15, its a little steep but w/e HM1 is free and works great for what I need it to. anyway so I only have HHs from the day after my blowup, 12/21/14. which is ok because it shows how bad I was tilting on the 21st after dumping my roll and gives me a little insight into how and why I tilt. "the mental game" is a excellent book, has definitely helped a lot. also I have a notepad I keep with a couple phrases to keep me in line throughout my session.

It takes skill, hardwork and time to run up your roll , but it only takes a few brief moments and a lapse of judgement to lose it all. Stay focused. BR management! (ty grif)

Today i have to weather variance and try to lose the least amount.

Preflop:
whats our range?
whats villians range?

Flop:
How does the texture affect villains range?
strengthen or weaken?
How does it affect our perceived range?
will we/villain fire multiple barrels?

Turn:
How does previous betting change villains range?
how did it change ours?

River:
value bet or bluff?
what is our perceived range based on previous actions?
are we underrepped?
did villain cap his range on a earlier street?
How much of his range can we manipulate?
(get worse to call, better to fold, etc.)
