operation 200 SNGs

I am going to try and play 200 $20/$30 SNGs in the next week. I am going to be 8-tabling and posting my results here after every 50.

HEY you stole my operation, i was gong to try to play 50 sngs in one day, only 4 tabling. But i can't access my eurobet account right now so i haven't been playing party sngs.

eurobet is annoying.

in my first 24, my roi is 50%. wouldnt it be nice to keep that up....

its not that bad at a full table because on party sng's i start off pretty tight. but i just had 4 tables all with 4-5 people left and it got pretty crazy, considering every hand is push/fold. a couple times early in the day i would push on table and go play some hands on others, and then come back and realized i had busted without even remembering how.

finished my first $60, and im down $40 !

playing so many tables at a time really accelerates the variance. I started on a hot streak and was up about $250, now im down $40.

One thing that stands out is that I have 10 first place finishes out of 60, which is pretty high. I only have two 2nds and four 3rds, though. I guess this is due to the small sample size, which is why I don't really care if I'm down a couple buyins.

i used to run 8 tables..

the problem i ran into was it turns a SnG into a preflop game.
you fold until your on the bubble then push.

you misout on alot of post flop plays

how much postflop play coudl there be in a 800 chip tourney.

if being a really good push fold monkey will pull you 40% ITM 20% ROI then thats fine with me.

wow 8 tables is just..absurd lol. I bet you are just playing your cards which is not very profitable IMO since SNG's are very read dependant in situations...but heck your a great player so if your pulling it off thats great

Did you ever finish this Gabe? Im really interested to see how you did.

I dont think he ever finished, he has started to LAG up NL RING. and he is crushing those so Im not sure he will be doing SNGs anytime soon.
